Terms

Last updated 27 September 2026

The short version (for kids)

  • Be kind. No bullying, no mean or scary stuff.
  • Never share where you live, your phone number, your school or your passwords. Not in names, messages or games.
  • Only add friends you know in real life.
  • What you make is yours. When you publish a game, other people can play it.
  • If someone upsets you, block and report them, and tell a grown-up.
  • If you break these rules we can take things down or close your account.

Who can use Worlds

Worlds is run by Danny Bradley. By making an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you are under 13, we ask for a parent's or guardian's email when you sign up, and the account only works once they agree for you by opening the link we send them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you. One account is for one player. Keep your password to yourself.

Playing nicely

You must not:

Names, messages and captions are checked automatically, and players can block and report each other. We look at reports and may remove content, stop features or close accounts that break these rules, sometimes without warning when a child's safety is involved.

What you make

You own the worlds, characters and games you make. So that we can run Worlds, you let us store them, show them to the people you share them with, and, when you publish a game, show it to and let it be played by everyone on Worlds. This lasts until you unpublish or delete it, or delete your account. The parts, textures, sounds and tools that come with Worlds stay ours (or our licensors'). You can use them inside Worlds.

Spark, the building helper

When it is switched on, Spark uses AI to build what you describe. It can get things wrong, so check what it makes. Don't type personal information to it.

Changes and availability

Worlds is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be down. We try hard not to lose anything you make, but please don't rely on Worlds as the only copy of something important. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the game when the change matters.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time: Your account → Delete my account. We can close an account that breaks these terms or puts other players at risk.

The legal part

Worlds is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for what other players say or make. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States.
